School Meals

A choice of healthy school meals are available to our children during lunch. Our current school menu can be viewed here
Please note, all meat used is halal.

For those families that pay for their school meals, please ensure your child’s dinner money is paid to the class teacher every Monday. Parents are asked to ensure correct money is placed in an envelope and is clearly marked with the child’s name, class and amount ready for collection on Monday morning.

You may prefer your child to bring a packed lunch from home. Please ensure no glass containers or bottles are sent for safety reasons.

The school has a policy of no sweets during the school day to support your child in having strong, healthy teeth.

Are you entitled to ‘Free School Meals’?

Did you know that as well as your child receiving FREE school meals, the school receives an extra £900 to support your child? Next year, the government tells us this should rise to £1300 per child entitled to Free School Meals.

No one will know that you have registered and it will not affect any other benefits that you are claiming.

To find out more simply call in and chat to Mrs Jagger (our Business Manager), Mrs Anderson (our Administrator), Mrs Nadim and Mrs Parveen (our Learning Mentors) or Mr Couper-Barton (our Deputy Headteacher).

We will be happy to help you complete your application and we will help you to send off everything you need!

Call in for a chat Fridays 8:45 – 9:30am in the Family Room.
